Welcome to the South Carolina Quarter Horse Association
The South Carolina Quarter Horse Association is an AQHA affiliate and a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1962. The association was formed to promote, develop and provide beneficial services to all disciplines such as showing, trail riding, and clinics. Our shows offer all levels of riding such as open, Novice Youth, Youth, Novice Amateur, Amateur, and Amateur Select. So come join us and have lots of fun, meet new people, and show off your horse.

News Updates:
We have had our first two SCQHA sponsored shows and they were a big success. Thank you everyone for supporting them. It was nice seeing old friends and making new ones.
We would like to send out a huge Thank You to Tara Salter for doing a great job organizing the Queens Contest. Our new queen for 2012 is Leona Parr. Congratulations Leona. She will be representing SCQHA at the Quarter Horse Congress and other events. There will be a fundraiser at the Yippy Yi Yea and Summer Sizzler Show to raise money for our new queen.
